And in a battle for the future of digital workflow against entrenched competitors like Asana, Notion, and Monday, Taksade lays claim with the bold argument against per-seat pricing favored by much of the SaaS ecosystem for productivity apps. Taskade costs $16 for a team of 10 per month. The same team would cost $70 using ClickUp, a staggering $200 using Notion AI Business… And it just so happens that the underlying product beneath that compelling pricing is just as exciting if not more. Specifically: AI agents… Unlike standard AI writing tools or prompts, Taskade’s 22+ built-in skills for automated AI agents provide true autonomy within the task management app... You need them to browse the web, research a topic, write content, automate multi step workflow without a single human action in between …agents can be chained, trained custom, or connected to the apps you already love (with 700+ integrations available through Zapier). Projects, documents, and video calls for the team live inside the same app, eliminating context switching… On the other hand, one unavoidable and honestly disappointing catch here: limited 3rd-party integrations compared with alternatives like Clickup, in many instances. The Taskade interface does become too clunky with added features. For new users, especially around the aiagent configuratuion there is a learning curve … but for any small team/startup founder wanting real AI power on a budget and willing to invest time in setup, it seems hard to beat.
