1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ToolHunter ("ToolHunter," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI tools directory operated from Delhi, India. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or submitting a tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Accounts

Certain features — including submitting a tool and managing your submissions — require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use ToolHunter only for its intended purpose: discovering, comparing, and evaluating AI tools. You must not:

• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to collect data from the site outside of what our robots.txt and sitemap permit for standard search engine indexing
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its underlying systems
• Use content from the website for direct marketing, resale, or republishing without our written permission
• Upload or transmit anything malicious, unlawful, or infringing on someone else's rights

4. Tool Submissions

ToolHunter accepts both free and paid tool listings.

• All submissions, free or paid, are subject to our editorial review before publishing. We may decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion — including after it has been published — if it no longer meets our standards, contains inaccurate information, or violates these Terms.
• You confirm that any information you submit about a tool is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to submit it (i.e., it doesn't infringe someone else's intellectual property).
• We do not accept submissions for tools that are unlawful, NSFW, or primarily designed to mislead or harm users.
• By submitting a tool, you grant ToolHunter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and distribute the submitted content (descriptions, screenshots, logos) on our website and in related promotional materials, for as long as the listing remains active.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid listing options (such as featured or priority placement) require payment before the listing goes live. After you contact us to request a paid listing, we'll send you a secure payment link (via Razorpay) for the applicable amount.

• If we decline your submission during editorial review, before it is published, any fee you paid will be refunded in full.
• Once a paid listing has been reviewed and published, fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing for future submissions at any time; changes will not affect listings you've already paid for.

6. Verified Badges and Rankings

ToolHunter displays badges (such as "verified") and rankings for tools listed on the site. These reflect our own internal review process and are provided for informational purposes only. A verified badge or ranking position is not an endorsement, guarantee of quality, security, or fitness for any particular purpose, and should not be treated as financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating any AI tool yourself before using or purchasing it.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party tool logos, screenshots, and trademarks (which remain the property of their respective owners), all content on ToolHunter — including our design, text, rankings, comparisons, and original tool descriptions — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

ToolHunter links to third-party websites and tools that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and any dealings you have with third parties (including purchasing a tool) are solely between you and that third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolHunter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate at all times. Tool information may change without notice, and we make no warranty that any tool listed will meet your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolHunter and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or issues arising from your use of any third-party tool discovered through our site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the website and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Our collection and use of personal information (including account details and information submitted through our tool submission form) is described in our Privacy Policy. By using ToolHunter, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ToolHunter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
