Copy.ai in 2026 is a completely different product than the one from two years prior, and that matters when I’m reviewing it. This product, millions of solo creators used for quick ad copy and captions, did a full U-turn in 2024, hard-leaning into enterprise GTM automation. The Fullcast acquisition occurred at the end of 2025, and that pivot is now at maturity.
What you get in 2026 is an AI platform that extracts prospect data from Salesforce, cross-references LinkedIn profiles, and then composes automated, multi-step outreach sequences in bulk.
Brand voice training, short-form copy, and social content generation—all are still present and excellent. The quality of output, for ads, email, and social content, remains genuinely usable. Where Copy.ai truly earned its purchase price, however, is the workflow and automation layer now geared to high-volume operations on top of a CRM. - An honest fact needs to be mentioned: In 2026 the tool’s Trust Pilot rating stands at a dismal 1.9 out of 5 with nearly all of those reviews coming from its previous solopreneur and startup creator audience that simply “hates” the new “high’ consumer-level pricing. For the audience, this product was redesigned. The B2B revenue teams—armed with a CRM with a need for high-volume content—will absolutely find it worth the very significant, but justifiable, cost.
Anyone just looking for the better writing tool would simply be better off with a tool like Rytr.io.
Or Jasper.io’s “Creator” edition (at a much lower price) and a far cleaner, more straightforward user journey
