So the market, the enterprise side and the product strategy reflect that. Beam AI is built to be a system for orchestrating production AI agents through their entire lifecycle. This means building the agents, as well as deploying, monitoring, auditing and governing them with your existing enterprise infrastructure. The agent builder allows for routeing customer requests, ticket resolution, risk analysis, compliance reporting, data capture, and other administrative workflows, all without writing a line of code. Beam AI is multi-LLM aware for each agent, allowing requests to be routed to the most appropriate model without needing to standardise on a single vendor. At despatch, tasks will be run in parallel by any available agent in its pool, respecting dependencies and building in comprehensive auditing to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Security out-of-the-box includes single sign-on, role-based access, comprehensive logging, and data residency (another one that customers ask about early in enterprise deals, instead of late in, or during). Because a lot of this is no-code, operations teams are empowered to build their agent flows without needing to engage the engineering department for all parts of the automation logic. The system is extensible via API and SDK to ensure policy and business logic are maintained. To be clear, Beam AI is probably not the right solution for individuals or small teams to try things out on their first few AI agents. The platform is tuned for medium-to-large businesses where there's long-term commitment, scaling requirements, and deep concern over governance and compliance above and beyond simple AI capability. Pricing requires speaking with someone to have a demo, as none of it is posted anywhere I could find. But if you're a part of the team at an enterprise business that is implementing AI agents production and demand a certain level of governance and monitoring for compliance reasons (and I believe many industries fit this bill), then Beam AI should be on your radar.
